Fulton Management is a well-established entertainment business management firm serving high-net-worth individuals in the television and film industry, with additional clients in digital media and content creation. Our foundation is rooted in traditional entertainment business management, public accounting discipline, and long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the firm.

About the Role

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and supporting a team. The Administrative Assistant helps keep daily operations running smoothly and provides support to leadership and staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Executives and team members
  • Help manage schedules, calendars, and meetings
  • Assist with office operations, supplies, and general organization
  • Support with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Run occasional errands (reliable transportation required)

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Professional and dependable
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team player
