Support and Drive Performance Across a Real Estate Portfolio

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the performance, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of multifamily and senior living communities.

This role provides direct exposure to asset-level decision-making , working closely with Asset Management leadership, property operations, and cross-functional teams to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall asset performance.

You won’t just analyze data - you’ll help shape the strategy behind it.

What You’ll Own

• Support execution of asset-level business plans to drive performance and value
• Analyze occupancy trends, leasing velocity, and rent strategy , providing actionable recommendations
• Partner with property management teams to improve operations, leasing performance, and resident outcomes
• Review property financials, identify variances, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the portfolio
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies
• Support capital planning and value-add initiatives , including renovations and operational improvements
• Assist with development underwriting and financial modeling for new projects
• Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and performance insights for leadership

Who This Role Is For

We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to grow into real estate asset management and investment roles :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in multifamily and/or senior living real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial analysis, modeling)
• Ability to interpret financials, leases, and operating data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to multifamily, senior living, or commercial real estate
• Familiarity with concepts such as NOI, IRR, cash flow, and valuation
• Experience with underwriting, financial modeling, or investment analysis
