Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Onsite in Reston, VA
Duration: 4–6 weeks (potential extension up to 8 weeks)
Overview:
We are supporting a high‑volume call center initiative within the health sector focused on assisting with the processing of Public Trust clearance–related inquiries and tasks. This team will handle inbound/outbound calls, document information, and ensure accurate, timely data entry to support internal processing workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer‑focused manner
• Gather, verify, and record information required for Public Trust–related processing tasks
• Follow scripts, guidance, and standard operating procedures with accuracy
• Enter data into internal systems with speed and precision
• Escalate issues when needed to supervisors or leads
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance requirements
• Work onsite daily in a structured call center environment
Qualifications:
• Previous call center, customer service, or high‑volume communication experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to follow structured processes, scripts, and documentation steps
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment
• Reliable attendance; able to commit fully for the project duration
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
The salary for this position is $22-$26/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental and life and disability insurance.
