*About the Role*

This is a foundational, high-growth role designed to develop the next generation of Account Managers at AIIR. You'll start with meaningful behind-the-scenes work supporting client engagements, building operational fluency, mastering our products and tools, and learning the full arc of what exceptional client management looks like. If you're on track, you'll earn increasing client-facing responsibility and a clear path to promotion within 18 months.

*What You'll Do*

Account Coordination & Support

  • Manage the coach matching process end-to-end, including outreach and availability tracking
  • Compile and synthesize client data, engagement insights, and program reporting
  • Handle PO follow-up and filing in HubSpot, and send monthly communications to assigned accounts
  • Kick off coaching engagements and support the operational backend of active programs
  • Join client calls for visibility and shadow senior account managers to build context

Internal Collaboration

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects including award applications, end-of-year reports, and client gifting
  • Support product and solutions rollouts and change management processes across the account management team
  • Build strong relationships across coaches, account managers, and functional teams
  • Embody AIIR's values and bring client-centricity to every interaction (internally & externally)

*What We're Looking For*

  • ~1-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates OK)
  • Strong critical thinking and comfort asking questions to get to the right answer
  • Exceptional time management: you juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear, professional communication and the executive presence to represent AIIR with clients over time
  • Genuine curiosity about account management, executive coaching, or leadership development
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work primarily in-office in Philadelphia (5 days per week in office for 3 months, with hybrid flexibility after that)
