Job Description

Salary: $108,800 - 181,300 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Over 4 years of experience applying advanced analytics to address business challenges
• Extensive background (4+ years) in forecasting and statistical modeling, including time series analysis
• Proficient (4+ years) in Python, with knowledge of R
• Advanced (4+ years) SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Practical experience (4+ years) in data modeling, statistics, and applied mathematics
• Familiarity (4+ years) with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud-based data environments
• Capability to analyze trends, manipulate complex transactional data, and resolve analytical problems
• Experience in creating data-driven visualizations and effectively presenting insights
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

• Analyze substantial and intricate datasets to enhance forecasting precision and operational strategy
• Develop, maintain, and refine statistical and predictive models for volume and contact center forecasting
• Implement time series forecasting, predictive modeling, and scenario planning techniques to project demand
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint areas for boosting productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Design and deliver clear data visualizations and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Communicate forecasting findings and suggestions to internal teams and occasionally to external partners
• Assist in optimizing staffing and workforce planning models under the direction of senior team members
