  • Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management
  • Foster strong relationships with GMs, chefs, and market leaders to align event operations with daily service
  • Act as escalation point for high-profile and VIP clients
  • Support Operations with training and execution standards for private dining across markets

Revenue management & performance

  • Partner with Finance to evaluate pricing, margin performance, and revenue optimization
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Work closely with Marketing to build event-specific collateral, digital assets, and campaigns

  • Proven track record of driving events revenue and managing large-scale, high-profile events across multiple cities
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relations skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
