Job Description

Be the Right Hand: Executive Assistant - College Station, TX

This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior leadership and play a key role in helping one of Texas' leading homebuilders operate at its best.

At Stylecraft, we've been helping Texas families achieve the American Dream for nearly 40 years, and we believe in building rewarding careers for our team as well. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, staying three steps ahead, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Why This Isn't Your Average Executive Assistant Role

A True Business Partner
You'll work directly with executive leadership, helping manage priorities, streamline communication, coordinate logistics, and ensure important initiatives continue moving forward. Your ability to stay organized and anticipate needs will make a real difference every day.
High Impact, High Visibility
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage calendars. You'll help coordinate meetings, travel, events, communication, and key relationships while serving as a trusted resource to senior leadership.
A "Best Place to Work"
We've earned that title in Texas for seven years straight because we treat our team like family. We care, we serve, and we improve together.

The Details
  • Location: In-Person (must be willing to commute to College Station, TX)
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Pay:   Starting at $65,000 and commensurate with experience
  • Department: Administration
  • Reports To: COO
What Your Day Looks Like
You are the person who keeps everything moving. From managing priorities and coordinating schedules to supporting communication and special projects, you'll help ensure our executives can focus on what matters most.

Executive Time Management
Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize requests, and keep leaders focused on their highest-value work.

Communication & Follow-Through
Track action items, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure important information moves efficiently between leadership teams, employees, vendors, and business partners.

Travel & Event Coordination
Plan seamless travel experiences, coordinate meetings and events, and make sure every detail is organized and accounted for.

Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Create systems, anticipate challenges before they arise, and find ways to make things run more efficiently.

Relationship Management
Help maintain strong relationships through thoughtful communication, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.

Are You the Right Fit?
We aren't looking for someone who simply checks boxes. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, loves organization, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
You'll thrive here if:
  • You have experience supporting executives, business owners, senior leaders, or managing complex administrative responsibilities.
  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the details.
  • You are proactive and naturally think ahead instead of waiting to be told what to do.
  • You communicate professionally and can handle confidential information with discretion.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other business tools.
  • You align with Stylecraft's core values of Care, Serve, and Improve.
The Perks (We've Got You Covered)
Stylecraft offers a massive benefits package that goes way beyond a paycheck:

· Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plus Health/Flexible Spending Accounts.
· Your Future: 401(k) with a guaranteed 3% contribution (even if you don't contribute!) plus Profit Sharing.
· Time Off: Generous PTO, 10 Paid Holidays, and Floating Holidays.
· Security: Life, Disability, and AD&D Insurance.

Ready to become a key part of the team behind the scenes?
Apply today and help us continue building homes, communities, and careers across Texas.
Stylecraft is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve.
