What You’ll Do

Manage family law matters involving divorce, custody, support, and related issues; develop case strategy; negotiate resolutions; appear in court; and provide clients with exceptional representation from start to finish.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized legal strategies that align with their goals and needs.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests at every stage.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their legal journey.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in family law to provide informed and innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated legal professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes and firm success.
Qualifications:

Who You Are:

  • A licensed attorney in NC with 1+ years of experience in family law.

  • In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.

  • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and compliance.

  • Strong advocacy skills for representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

  • Excellent communication skills to maintain open and transparent dialogue with clients.

  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest developments in family law.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals to enhance client outcomes and firm success.
