Inside Sales Representative

Location: Onsite in Annandale, VA

Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Annandale, VA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find solutions, and developing their sales skills in a supportive environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the printing industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Maintain customer information and sales activity records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Learn company products, services, and industry best practices.
• Support the sales team in achieving department goals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or a related role preferred.
• Printing industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with printing, signage, promotional products, or related industries.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
