As an Inside Sales Agent you will be helping individuals through the important decision-making process of selecting a health insurance plan that matches their needs and assisting the consumer in enrolling in a coverage plan.
There is no cold calling in this role. Instead, you will be receiving inbound phone calls and making warm outbound calls to individuals who already have health insurance coverage and assisting them with making educated decisions regarding coverage plans available to them.
