Work Environment
This role is based in a brand new manufacturing facility with a fast-paced production setting and exposure to machinery, noise, and tight production deadlines. You will work around cutting equipment and other production machinery, spending most of the day standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions. The position requires frequent lifting, including metal materials up to 50 lbs and assisting with fabric rolls up to 130 lbs. The environment is safety-focused and requires strict adherence to company and OSHA standards, including consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mint Hill, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
