Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, administering, and supporting enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 applications.

This role requires hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure integrations, API development, data migration, application support, and platform administration . The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions.

Experience Required

• 7-10+ Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Development
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in enterprise application development and production support
• Agile/Scrum project experience

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, workflows, and security roles.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript components.
• Build extensions using PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) .
• Perform solution deployment and environment configuration across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Power Platform Development

• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build business workflows and approval processes using Power Automate.
• Design dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop Dataverse solutions, business rules, and custom connectors.
• Manage Power Platform environments, governance, security, and licensing.
• Support deployment, backup, restore, and lifecycle management.
• Manage user onboarding, role assignments, and access provisioning.

Integration & API Development

• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Build REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Implement Azure-based integrations using:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Service Bus
• Work with middleware and third-party integration platforms.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Data Management & Migration

• Perform enterprise data migration using:
  • SSIS
  • KingswaySoft
  • Power Platform Dataflows
  • Custom ETL solutions
• Validate, cleanse, and transform data.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM).
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.

Application Support

• Troubleshoot production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement permanent fixes.
• Support release deployments, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
