Job Description

Salary: $69,500 - 97,500 per year Requirements:

• We want 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, including work with VRF systems, rooftop units, and packaged equipment.
• We require EPA Universal Certification; OEM-specific training or certifications are a plus.
• We expect strong diagnostic skills, troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to read service manuals and schematics.
• We look for excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional, team-oriented approach.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• The role calls for physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in rooftops, tight spaces, and other field environments.
• We require willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service coverage.

• We service, troubleshoot, and optimize commercial HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance and performance tuning for efficiency and reliability.
• We diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• We build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, recommending improvements, and delivering responsive support.
• We coordinate with internal teams to manage scheduling, follow-up, and timely completion of service documentation.
• We complete service reports, work orders, and related records accurately and on time.
• We stay current through ongoing technical training and may mentor junior technicians in the field.
• We follow OSHA, company, and customer-site safety and compliance requirements.
• We participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours emergency service needs.
• We contribute wherever needed to support the team and business operations.
• We travel nationwide to support startup, commissioning, and service work at mission-critical data centers, and we also assist local commercial clients when we are not on the road.
