Are you the Overnight Assistant Supervisor we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients!

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes inâtraumaâinformed care.âLittle Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.â

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site and also through rotating on call coverage
• YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Little Heroess Residential Department.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checkswill be performed.
