Job Title: RN – OR Circulator (Day Shift)

Location: Edwards, Colorado (CO 81632)

Facility: Edwards Surgery Center

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with possibility of extention)

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Shift: 3x12 Hour Day Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

Pay Rate: $77/hr

Overtime: After 40 hours/week

Position Urgency: Quick Start

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado or Compact State
  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience

Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Job Description:

The RN – OR Circulator is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the operating room setting. This role ensures safe surgical procedures by coordinating patient care, supporting the surgical team, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients and families
  • Circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile and safety protocols
  • Coordinate daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and efficiency
  • Perform patient assessments, triage requests, and prioritize care needs
  • Administer medications, assist in procedures, and perform treatments as required
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and external providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Delegate tasks appropriately in accordance with Colorado regulations
  • Handle high-volume patient communication (calls, requests, follow-ups)
