I’m working with a well-established law firm in Fort Lauderdale that’s looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant (Post-Closing) to join their team!
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with experience in residential real estate transactions and post-closing , with some exposure to commercial matters. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage post-closing tasks: document review, recording, follow-up
• Support residential transactions and assist with commercial matters
• Prepare, revise, and format legal documents (advanced Word skills required)
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and title companies
Ideal Candidate:
• Prior legal assistant experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of post-closing procedures
• Advanced Microsoft Word skill
• Highly organized and proactive
