Hybrid: Bellevue - 4x per week onsite

The Impact You’ll Make

• Architect Major Experiences (25%): Lead the end-to-end strategic development and execution of our flagship events.
• Stakeholder Synergy (20%): Build and maintain high-trust relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand alignment.
• Agency Leadership (15%): Direct and manage elite event agencies, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations.
• Financial Stewardship (15%): Oversee large-scale event budgets, maximizing ROI without compromising on the "wow" factor.
• Strategic Influence (5%): Craft and present compelling event strategies to senior leadership, acting as the subject matter expert for live brand engagement.
• Data-Driven Results (5%): Define KPIs and deliver comprehensive post-event analysis to prove impact and inform future growth.
• Agile Support (15%): Pivot to support high-priority business projects and evolving needs as they arise.

Your Track Record

• The Experience: You have 4-7 years of experience specifically focused on developing and executing major, high-profile events.
• The Vision: You have a proven ability to use events as a lever for business and brand growth, not just "parties" but strategic marketing tools.
• The Leadership: You possess 4-7 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing sophisticated agency partners.
• The Communication: You are comfortable and confident presenting to C-suite executives and navigating a fast-paced corporate environment.
