Job Description

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership for West and Canada Sub-regions working with RGMs and Commercial Leaders to drive growth
  • Lead the Weekly Pulse Monthly SRO and Annual planning process
  • Own the monthly close process providing forecast inputs to NAM BAP Leader & CFO
  • Provide accurate and timely analytics reports and insightful observations to managers and executives to increase operational performance across cost management and margin improvement
  • Prepare presentations for management reviews including MBRs Weekly Pulses and Monthly close reports.
  • Support Contract Portfolio growth initiatives managing complex accounting and working with controllership
  • Work closely with program management to increase visibility around utilization billability overtime and absorption to unlock financial gains
  • Drive operational rigor working closely with functional owners on renewals and cancellations billings and invoicing to limit/eliminate monthly accruals
  • Own Working Capital including cash collections past due reduction and unbilled balance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align operational goals and objectives

Qualifications
  • Four-year accounting/finance degree required; MBA & CPA preferred.
  • 8 years of experience working in accounting/finance positions with operational experience.
  • Experience with SAP Digital Dashboards including BI and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to develop and lead new business models and support organizational shift.
  • Ability to partner with leadership around strategic objectives.
  • Ability to develop software-based business management metrics to support decision making.
  • Highly proficient PC skills especially in Excel Power Point and Word
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong initiative with a proven ability to follow-through on projects and bring them to a timely completion.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to gain trust at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in group situations.
