Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, implementation-focused  Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Applied Data Scientist to help design, build, train, and optimize advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate combines strong practical ML expertise with experience scaling model training and deploying production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using  PyTorch .
• Build and maintain scalable training pipelines for large-scale model development and experimentation.
• Lead model selection, architecture design, fine-tuning, and performance optimization efforts.
• Improve training efficiency, scalability, and model accuracy through best practices and advanced techniques.
• Work with multimodal datasets, including  video, image, and audio data.
• Provide technical guidance on training strategies, data preparation, experimentation frameworks, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ML models.

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with  PyTorch and modern deep learning frameworks.
• Proven experience building, training, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.
• Expertise in training pipelines, distributed training, model scaling, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with multimodal data, particularly  video, image, and audio processing .
• Strong understanding of model selection, hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in  Python and the broader ML ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML infrastructure is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Background in  behavioral science , human behavior analysis, or related domains.
• Experience with computer vision, speech/audio processing, and multimodal AI models.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, experiment tracking, and model deployment frameworks.
