Role Summary

We are looking for an 5+ Years experienced Siemens Opcenter Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and integration of Siemens Opcenter (Execution / Discrete / EXPH / APS) in manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring workflows, integrating with ERP and automation systems, and providing end‑to‑end support during testing and go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Siemens Opcenter implementation projects across discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing.
• Configure Opcenter modules (Execution, Discrete, Pharma / EXPH, APS, Insights, etc.) including workflows, recipes, work instructions, and shop‑floor data collection.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical and functional specifications (URS, FDS, SDS) .
• Design and implement system integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), PLM, SCADA, historians, and automation systems (PLCs, batch systems).
• Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and interfaces as per business needs using SQL, .NET (C# / VB.NET), or JavaScript as required.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing (integration, UAT), defect analysis, and resolution, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Provide post‑go‑live support , troubleshooting production issues, and performing enhancements or upgrades.
• Train end users, plant personnel, and internal teams on Opcenter functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams, clients, and Siemens partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MES / Siemens Opcenter (Camstar / Opcenter Execution / Opcenter Discrete / Opcenter EXPH) .
• Strong hands‑on experience in Opcenter configuration, workflow design, and production execution .
• Experience in integrating MES with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and automation systems (SCADA, PLC, batch systems) .
• Proficiency in SQL Server / Oracle and basic scripting or programming (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• Understanding of ISA‑95, MOM, shop‑floor automation, and manufacturing business processes .
• Experience in pharmaceutical, discrete, or process manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in cross‑functional teams and client‑facing environments.
