What You’ll Lead

Preconstruction & Estimating Support

• Assist with takeoffs and bid preparation for wet utility scopes
• Analyze plans, specs, and reports to identify scope gaps and submit RFIs
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals
• Develop accurate project budgets based on real-world production, manpower, and equipment requirements

Project Planning & Mobilization

• Manage submittals, procurement schedules, and project startup processes
• Coordinate permits, materials, and mobilization efforts
• Ensure crews are prepared and projects launch smoothly

Project Execution & Leadership

• Partner with Field Superintendents to maintain efficient jobsite operations
• Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, invoices, and AIA billing
• Coordinate subcontractors, surveyors, crane services, and GPS layout teams
• Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project goals

Project Closeout

• Oversee as-built documentation, warranties, bonds, and final project deliverables
• Ensure projects close out professionally and efficiently
