We design, install, and service marine electronics systems on yachts ranging from 65’ to 180’.

You are supporting the operational engine of the company.

You will assist with:

• Coordinating technician schedules that change daily
• Communicating with clients, captains, and internal team
• Supporting invoicing and job completion flow
• Keeping multiple moving pieces organized without slowing things down

This is a high-activity, real-time environment. Things will change throughout the day. Your job is to help keep everything aligned and moving forward.

• Technicians are scheduled correctly and efficiently
• Jobs move from scheduled → completed → invoiced without delay
• Communication between team and clients is clear and consistent
• You stay composed and productive even when plans change

You will do well here if you:

• Prefer fast-paced work over slow, repetitive tasks
• Can handle multiple priorities at once without getting overwhelmed
• Stay focused and effective when plans change
• Are comfortable communicating clearly with both team members and clients
• Take pride in helping operations run smoothly

Helpful backgrounds include:

• Dispatch or scheduling support
• Service-based businesses (HVAC, construction, marine, etc.)

• Logistics or operations support

• Assist in building and adjusting daily/weekly technician schedules
