As part of our Service Delivery Transformation , UL Solutions is implementing Siemens Teamcenter PLM as a foundational digital platform to enable data‑driven, compliant, and scalable service delivery.
About the Role
UL Solutions is seeking a PLM Product Owner to join the Business Transformation team’s Digitalization workstream . This role represents the business voice for a defined set of Siemens Teamcenter capabilities , ensuring that requirements, designs, and delivered functionality meet business needs and operate effectively in practice.
This is a business‑side role , not an IT or technical configuration position. The Product Owner works closely with IT delivery teams, implementation partners, and business subject‑matter experts to validate that Teamcenter solutions support real service delivery workflows and compliance requirements.

What This Role Is Not
It is a Lead Business Transformation Product Owner role , accountable for aligning Siemens Teamcenter PLM delivery with UL Solutions’ long‑term digital and service delivery transformation strategy.
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $113,000 to $150,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
